Purpose: Ensuring control over the location and state of health of fighters of the Territorial Defense of the Dniprovskyi district of Kyiv

Description: Regular monitoring of the health of volunteers is necessary due to the significant load on the TDF members, who are not military personnel and therefore are not always healthy enough, and often not young. Remote control of the location of the TDF fighters, coordination of their interaction, monitoring of their health, identification and establishment of security zones or increased risk during movements related to protection from the Russian occupiers is important for the security of civilians.
